The portfolio of the legal department of RosCo was replenished by another case won in the arbitration court. In case А40-268141/19-40-1504, the judge ruled in favor of our client. The amount recovered from the opponent is almost 65 000 US dollars.

We represented the interests of a foreign company that provided services to a Russian company and was not paid in full. A properly made claim and professional support in court brought a significant benefit to the Claimant: the collection of the full amount of debt (46 600 US dollars) and an additional amount of 18 002 US dollars.
