ROSCO LAWYERS RESOLVED THE DISPUTES OF INTER TRADE

In modern business, it’s not always possible to solve all problems amicably without holding the debtors liable. INTER TRADE LLC applied to RosCo for assistance in collecting debts under the product supply contract.

Our lawyers have prepared and filed a claim as part of the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure. Since there was no answer from the debtor, the application was further filed to Moscow Arbitration Court to recover not only the amount of principal debt but also the state fee, penalty, and expenses for representation.

As a result of the court session, a decision was made to satisfy the claims in full.
