ROSCO LAWYERS REPRESENT IGK LLC IN COURT

Irkutsk Cargo Company applied to RosCo Group. The lawyers provide the new customer with representation services in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Province and Moscow City Arbitration Court as the representatives of the Defendant (ICG LLC) in two cases concerning the recovery of demurrage of cars under the freight contracts.

Irkutsk Cargo Company was founded in 2001 году as part of a large holding company, Trans-Express. In 2004, a successful and rapidly developing unit became a separate company engaged in the provision of leased boxcars.

Currently, the company has a fleet of 1000 cars and containers for the transportation of almost the entire range of goods and consistently solves the tasks of consignors to optimize the delivery of goods in cars of various models throughout Russia, near and far abroad.
