RosСo lawyers helped the Turkish company Turk Auto liquidate its business in Russia

Thanks to the efforts of lawyers, Turk Auto representatives were able to quickly and with minimal costs liquidate their representative office in Russia.

Liquidation of a company is a complex bureaucratic procedure. RosKo lawyers provided the client with detailed advice, helped prepare and submit documents, including an application in form No. P15016 and a liquidation balance sheet, to the Federal Tax Service.

The client spent a minimum of time and effort on closing the business.
