RosCo lawyers helped with the registration of a private institution

Specialists of the international company "RosCo" helped to register a private institution for monitoring, expert assistance, creation and improvement of corporate culture (PI MESSIS).

Thanks to the efforts of RosCo lawyers, the registration procedure was successful and in the shortest possible time. The list of services provided included:

• Preliminary consultation on the registration of a private institution

• Preparation and collection of documents: charter, decision on the establishment of a private institution, application form No. P11001, state duty, letter of guarantee and documentation for the legal address

• Submission of documents to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

• Receipt of a completed package of documents and transfer to the founders of the organization

PI MESSIS managed to pass the verification procedures at the Ministry of Justice of Russia. After receiving a positive decision from the department, all documents were sent to the tax inspectorate for entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The organization was officially assigned the status of a private institution with the main activity of "Consulting on commercial activities and management" (OKVED code 70.22).

A private institution has only one founder. The organization is created to solve specific problems and pursues specific goals in one area. In the case of a client - in the field of monitoring, expert assistance, creation and improvement of corporate culture.

The peculiarity of a private institution is that it is not a full owner of the property and cannot dispose of existing assets without the consent of the owner. In addition, a private institution does not have the right to receive income from membership fees. The legal address of the organization can be any real estate property owned by the founder.
