ROSCO LAWYERS HELPED A CLIENT RECOVER THREE MILLION RUBLES THROUGH THE COURT

RosCo lawyers provided legal representation of MER Engineering LLC in the court of first instance in a lawsuit against Ant Yapi LLC. The result - conclusion of an amicable agreement and recovery of debt in the amount of three million rubles.

For three years Ant Yapi LLC did not pay the debt for construction works performed to MER Engineering. The total debt amounted to 3,302,999 rubles. Of these:

• 2,723,000 rubles - debt under the contract of work;

• RUB 579,999 - penalty for late payment.

The representatives of MER Engineering LLC decided to apply to RosCo for qualified assistance.

RosCo lawyers helped to draw up and submit a statement of claim to the Arbitration Court of Moscow, and then acted as a representative of the plaintiff in the court instance.

Thanks to the efforts of RosCo lawyers, the plaintiff and the defendant managed to reach mutual agreements, sign a settlement agreement on the basis of Articles 49, 139-141 of the Arbitration Procedural Code of the Russian Federation and approve it in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.

The defendant company Ant Yapi LLC undertook to pay the debt in favor of MER Engineering LLC on the terms of installment payment.

The court hearing was held on April 24, 2024. Three days later, on April 27, 2024, the defendant returned the debt to the plaintiff in full.
