The “RosCo” Group of Companies recovered approximately 10 million rubles in court for the client
Lawyers from the “RosCo Consulting and Audit” Group of Companies successfully defended the interests of the client, “Avtolux” LLC, in the Moscow Arbitration Court in a dispute with “Logopark” LLC.
“Avtolux” is a company with over 12 years of experience in freight transportation, specializing in transport and logistics support for businesses.
The basis for filing a lawsuit was the loss of cargo during transportation. After compensating the client, “Avtolux” LLC filed a claim against the carrier, “Logopark” LLC, for damages in the amount of 9.73 million rubles.
The lawyers from the “RosCo” Group of Companies prepared the legal position and successfully represented the client in court. Following the hearing, the court upheld the claims and ordered “Logopark” LLC to pay damages in the amount of 9.73 million rubles.
