“Termikel” Group of Companies entrusted legal support to “RosCo” specialists
June 4, 2014 is marked with the beginning of the activities under the contract of legal services to “Termikel” Concern (http://www.termikel.com.tr/), in which “RosCo” acts as a professional consultant in the field of business of foreign organizations in the territory of the Russian Federation.
A factory for the production of thermal pressure cookers established in 1950 in Kayseri by Mehmet Kaya has grown into a large and successful production and distribution network in half a century. To date, 17 companies are combined under the auspices of “Termikel” Group carrying out activities in different market segments.
Among them are Elektromed A.S., the fourth company in the world for the production of electronic meters with prepayment option, Termikel Bilisim Teknolojileri A.S., the first company in the Turkish market manufacturing tablet PCs, as well as organizations in the areas of health care, construction, auditing and certification, and even in the sphere of mass communications provided by television channel A.
The Group leader is Termikel A.S., the largest Turkish company supplying household electric appliances cooperating not only with national, but also with international partners, and with a staff of more than 2,000 employees.
The technological advances of Termikel A.S. include such innovative types of household appliances as mini automatic washing machine with a spin function, portable oven equipped with a glass door, churn with toothed belts and many other things.
In 2011 the company received a strong state support from Turquality, which enabled the active promotion to the sector of international trademarks, and in 2012 the company won a prestigious award of German Design Council in the field of industrial design.
