RosСo lawyers helped register a sports association
Lawyers of the “RosСo” Group of companies provided comprehensive support in registering an autonomous non-profit organization, the Squash Clubs Association.
The goal of the Association is to develop squash, which is gaining popularity in Russia, as well as to improve the system of preparing and holding tournaments among children, adolescents, young people and adults.
“RosCo” lawyers provided comprehensive legal assistance to the Squash Clubs Association:

gave an initial consultation on the legal aspect of registering an NPO;

helped choose the optimal organizational and legal form and taxation system;

developed constituent documents;

submitted documents to the Ministry of Justice of Russia.
