ROSCO CONDUCTED AN INVENTORY IN TWO BRANCHES OF AKONIT NGO

International auditing and consulting company RosCo has successfully conducted an inventory of Akonit NGO, a large Russian manufacturer and supplier of conveying equipment, in its branches in Alabuga and the Urals.

The customers of Akonit NGO are such large enterprises as Severstal, NLMK, MMK, EVRAZ, Nornikel, UMMC, Uralchem, Alrosa, and many others.

Inventory has been carried out to:

• confirm the real existence of the property listed on the company's balance sheet;

• find commodities and materials that have lost their initial properties or are stored improperly.

The inventory allowed identifying excesses or shortage of property by comparing the actual availability with the accounted volumes, and to evaluate the completeness and correctness of accounting cost characteristics of the property.

RosCo experts have conducted inventory of Akonit Ural and Akonit Alabuga in accordance with international standards and methodology, and taking into account the specifics of the enterprises' activities. RosCo team has applied a comprehensive approach involving not only the calculation and accounting of property, but also the analysis of storage conditions, check of compliance of commodities and materials with the requirements set, and evaluation of cost characteristics.

The results of inventory have been presented in the form of a detailed report, which contains information about the actual availability of property, identified excesses or shortages, non-compliance with storage conditions, as well as evaluation of the completeness and correctness of the property cost accounting.
