RosCo represented the interests of a Turkish company at an intellectual property rights court

RosCo lawyers helped a foreign client file a claim against an individual entrepreneur to terminate the legal protection of the Mini World LTD Turkey trademark in relation to goods of classes 18 and 25 of the ICLG.

Following negotiations, the parties reached an agreement regarding the use of the trademark, and the claim was withdrawn by the applicant.

Mini World LTD Turkey is a Turkish company specializing in the production of clothing for children from 0 to 24 months for over 25 years. Since 2014, the manufacturer has been the owner of the Miniworld trademark in Turkey. The brand has not been registered in the Russian Federation.
