“RosCo” lawyers recovered over 36 million rubles in an arbitration dispute in favor of a Turkish business.

Lawyers from the “RosCo Consulting and Audit” Group of Companies successfully defended the interests of “Electropanel” LLC in an arbitration dispute with “Russkiy Svet” LLC.

“Electropanel” LLC is a Russian company with Turkish participation, engaged in wholesale supply of electrical products for industrial and infrastructure projects.

The dispute centered on the collection of a debt under a supply contract: despite the supplier fulfilling its obligations and confirming delivery with the relevant primary documents, the buyer made only partial payment. This resulted in a significant debt.

Within the framework of the case, the Tver Region Arbitration Court fully satisfied the claims of RosCo's client. Following the trial, the defendant was awarded over 36.2 million rubles, including the principal debt, penalties, and legal costs. The court also confirmed the accrual of penalties until the actual fulfillment of the obligations.
