RosCo lawyers prepared a supply agreement at the request of a division of a Turkish manufacturer of spare parts for equipment

“AVAR KOMPOZIT RU” LLC is an organization created by Turkish founders. The company is engaged in the production of parts for industrial equipment in the Russian Federation.

In the course of its activities, the organization needed to conclude a supply agreement with a Russian counterparty. The client turned to RosCo lawyers for this task.

RosCo lawyers conducted a comprehensive check of the counterparty. Based on the results of the verification activities, specialists concluded that there were no factors characterizing the counterparty as unreliable or financially unstable.

The lawyers prepared a supply agreement for the client that takes into account the interests of both parties and potential risks associated with: 

• acceptance of goods;

• violations in terms of the range, quantity or quality of the shipped goods;

• the impossibility of fulfilling the contract in the event of an emergency;

• ensuring access to justice (the so-called "jurisdiction clause").

Thanks to the efforts of legal specialists, the parties managed to conclude a supply agreement in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.
