RosCo lawyers helped to formalize a deal for the supply of goods from a branch of a Turkish company to the head office in Turkey

Lawyers of the international company RosCo helped to develop a contract for the supply of goods for a branch of a Turkish organization —  “DTS GROUP Madencilik Sanayi VE Ticaret Limited Sirket” LLC.

LLC is engaged in the distribution of coal supplies from Russia to Turkey. The branch of the organization needed to deliver goods to the parent company.

The principal set the following goal: to prepare a draft contract between the branch and the parent company, which will avoid direct deliveries of goods from the Russian branch of the Turkish company to customers in Turkey.

RosCo lawyers developed a supply contract in accordance with the rules of Incoterms-2010. According to the terms of the contract, goods are supplied upon requests indicating the necessary basis of Incoterms-2010.

The legal specialists of RosCo took into account the corporate specifics of the relations of the parties, since the branch is not an independent subject of civil relations.
