RosCo lawyers helped a division of a Turkish company recover debt under a supply agreement

"EVDEMA RUS" LLC, created by Turkish founders, is engaged in the sale of building materials and the performance of contract work in Russia.

Representatives of the organization entered into an agreement with "AURUM"LLC, under which "EVDEMA RUS"LLC assumed the obligation to supply wallpaper.

"EVDEMA RUS"LLC fulfilled its part of the obligations, but the customer did not pay for the delivered goods. As a result, a debt of 3.13 million rubles was formed.

Lawyers of the international company RosCo prepared and sent a pre-trial claim to "AURUM"LLC with a demand to pay off the debt under the agreement. The claim was not satisfied.

When it became clear that a peaceful settlement of the dispute was impossible, the lawyers prepared and filed a claim to recover from “AURUM” LLC the debt under the supply agreement in favor of “EVDEMA RUS” LLC.

The court considered the claim and satisfied the client's demands, obliging the defendant to return the debt to the plaintiff in the amount of 3.13 million rubles.
