RosCo lawyers collected a multi-million dollar debt in the interests of the Turkish company MAG

The Turkish company MAG specializes in complex engineering surveys, development of design and working documentation, technical support for construction and dredging.

MAG provided services to RSK LLC during the latter's work on the reconstruction of hydraulic infrastructure facilities in the Korsakov sea trade port. MAG performed the work under the contract, but the customer paid for the services only partially, resulting in a debt of 3,000,000 rubles.

The claims were satisfied in full, the court collected the debt from the defendant, as well as interest for the use of other people's money until the date of actual repayment of the debt under the contract and legal costs.
