RosCo group of companies registered a non-profit organization with russian-chinese founders

The “RosCo Consulting and Audit” Group of Companies completed comprehensive registration support for a non-profit organization, the SSTS Association. The founders are five legal entities, including three foreign companies from China.

The Association was created to unite the professional community in the field of certification and localization of vehicles, equipment, and components, as well as the development of industry standards, methodologies, and educational programs.

As part of the project, “RosCo” specialists provided a full range of registration services:

• preparation of constituent documents;

• preparation and submission of documents to the registration authority;

• registration support and interaction with government agencies;

• receipt of registration documents.

Thanks to the professional work of the “RosCo” team, the association was successfully registered within the established deadline.
