“RosCo” company has concluded the contract for rendering legal services with the Kazakh company GALANZ bottlers.

“RosCo” company has concluded the contract for carrying out an accounting audit of PETROMAT, LLC for year 2013.

As it is established by court and follows from the case materials, on 10.08.2012 LLC Bilancho submitted to the Interregional Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No 46 for the city of Moscow the documents for state registration of alterations to be made in foundation documents. The alterations concerned the change of the applicant’s name from LLC Bilancho to limited liability company RosСo-Bilancho (abbreviated name LLC RosСo).

“RosCo” company  successfully passed accreditation at the LLC ProCommerzBank as an independent appraisal company and was entered into the registry of the appraiser partners of the bank.

“RosCo” company  successfully registered its commercial name in Cyrillic with the Federal Intellectual Property Service.

“RosCo” company  concluded a contract for legal services with the Russian branch of the French company SNEF.
