Lawyers of “RosСo” - Consulting Audit Group of Companies managed to overturn the decision of the Ostankino District Court of Moscow in a higher court in a case of illegal dismissal.
The court of first instance had previously rejected the claim, recognizing the dismissal as lawful. However, thanks to the work of RosKo lawyers, the Moscow City Court overturned the decision of the district court, recognizing the defense's arguments as convincing.
Following the results of the trial in the appellate court, the following were recovered in favor of the client of RosСo:
