Experienced lawyers of «RosCo» undertook obligations to provide professional services within the scope of opening a representative office of Trade Winds Real Estate N.V. in Russia. 

Over five years Trade Winds Real Estate N.V. is carrying out investment projects in the sphere of construction and operation of residential and commercial estate on islands of Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire (Kingdom of the Netherlands).

The first Russian office of Trade Winds Real Estate N.V. was opened on March 1, 2012 in Moscow.

Trade Winds Real Estate N.V. represented by its Moscow representative office provides the full range of services on consulting, selection and real estate transactions support in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Caribbean basin, particularly  on islands of Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire.
