ROSCO SUCCESSFULLY HELPED COLLECT MONEY IN FAVOR OF AN INDIVIDUAL
The situation started with the conclusion of a construction contract between an individual and Concept Life Architectural and Construction Group LLC and payment for the performance of construction and installation works. However, the parties had to sign an agreement for early termination of the above contract due to the Contractor's failure to fulfill its obligations. Under this Agreement, the Contractor shall transfer the amount of debt to the Customer’s bank details. However, despite this agreement, the debt has not been paid.
Maxim Leonov, a RosCo lawyer, prepared a claim and sent it to the CEO of Concept Life Architectural and Construction Group LLC. The claim specified the demands, but they were not satisfied by the contractor. In this regard, the lawyer filed a claim to court to collect a debt from Concept Life ACG LLC in favor of the individual who addressed RosCo.
The case was admitted for consideration by Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow and got the civil case number 2-2710/2023 as a consumer protection case. During the proceedings, the lawyer has also prepared a motion to secure a claim and a complaint about the judge's inaction. After a thorough study of the case and the provision of various pieces of evidence, the court ruled to satisfy the claims.
