ROSCO PROVIDES TAX CONSULTATIONS TO VOZDUKHOTEKHNIKA JSC

VOZDUKHOTEKHNIKA, a dynamically developing full-service engineering company, applied to RosCo for tax consultations. Currently, VOZDUKHOTEKHNIKA JSC performs the entire range of works on the design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Our accountants helped the customer with the examination of a deed of transfer during the reorganization of JSC in the form of a spin-off.

VOZDUKHOTEKHNIKA JSC is one of the largest Russian manufacturers of equipment for ventilation, air conditioning, fire-fighting, and smoke exhaust systems. The plant was put into operation in 1977.

The manufactured products are intended for civil and industrial construction, as well as for the nuclear industry and metro construction. The enterprise has its own production facilities in Moscow equipped with advanced domestic and imported equipment.
