  • applications from persons subject to registration;

  • copies certified in accordance with the established procedure - the Articles of Association,

  • statistical certificate (not more than 6 month old);

  • information on registration in the Federal Tax Service of Russia;

  • balance sheet with a note of the tax authority, the last reporting period shall be reflected;

  • certificates: registration of participants in FEA is confirmed by their banks (need a letterhead),
    Customs Duty Department and Foreign Exchange Control Department, as well as a law enforcement
    unit (that there is no debt).

Depending on the situation, other documents may be needed. If FEA are carried out by an individual entrepreneur,
then you need confirmation of his identity and residence, foreign trade contract, passport for the transaction (copies),
as well as registration documents: certificates, statistical codes, statement from the EGRIP (Unified State Register of
Individual Entrepreneur. Like legal entities, he will need bank confirmation.
