‘RosCo’ undertook support of Schlotzsky's restaurants
Famous American chain of restaurants Schlotzsky's at last have settled down in the territory of the Russian Federation. Accounting and legal support of the first restaurant opened in Russia is vested in the experts of “RosCo” company.
The first Schlotzsky's location appeared in 1971 in Austin (Texas) and for 40 years the business has been converted into a huge chain of 350 joints throughout the world. Along with gourmet soups and salads, oven-fresh bakery made on a special sour dough and branded hot sandwiches with original ingredients are considered to be the signature dishes of Schlotzsky's restaurants specializing in high quality fast food.
In 2011, the main indoor space design concept was completely changed. Muscovites can already see Schlotzsky's restaurant new interior – light and interesting décor with thematic circles and photos.
Schlotzsky's is the pioneer in organizing of franchising level fast food restaurant providing ideal business opportunities for those who want to take their financial future under control.
In Moscow Schlotzsky's branded restaurant is organized under guidance of not less famous tour operator Pegas Touristik’s board member Mehmet Akpynar. Having made the master franchise deal with Focus Brands International owners, Mr. Apkynar actively attracts partners for development of the chain in the territory of Russia and CIS countries (Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia).
During the next five years, in accordance with the right of the obtained franchise, it is planned to open 55 joints in the cities of Russia and neighbouring countries. Analysts say that expansion of Schlotzsky's branded “home-made” fast-food to Russian regions is a very promising project in spite of high competition in this market segment.
