What kind of employees can be entered in to material responsibility agreement?

Due to the RF Labor Code the material responsibility is to be reimbursed on a full indemnity basis and can be settled by the conditions of employment agreement concluded with the company Deputy Director and the Chief Accountant.

Meanwhile the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the RF (Resolution No. 85 dated 31.12.2002) approved the list of positions and jobs, substituted or executed by the employees who can be entered in to full individual or group (team) material responsibility agreements, and the standard forms of such agreements were arranged as well. In particular according to this list the written full individual material responsibility agreements can be concluded with the cashiers, office accountants, head-cashiers and with other employees who execute the jobs of cashiers (head-cashiers), lab assistants, methodologists of departments and deaneries who are managing library sectors and other.
